Let’s reveal your best self together. No diets or no quick fixes but a sustainable, realistic lifestyle change that feels good.

During our initial consultation, we will discuss your complete health history and barriers to weight loss. At that time, we will determine the next best steps to begin our program together. I recommend 12 consecutive weekly sessions during which time we will review food recorded, meal plan for the week, determine goals and discuss a nutrition education topic relevant to your needs. After 12 weeks, sessions will start to space out dependent on what we deem most helpful until goal weight is achieved.
